The ceramic balls with different particle sizes should be carefully examined and stitched for storage according to the particle sizes marked on the packaging bags of the products.

When paving the bottom layer of ceramic balls, care should be taken to avoid damaging other systems in the tower. To be installed ceramic ball should be hoisted to the tower, and then spread. When the ceramic ball paving reaches the level of the line, smooth it with a spade. The paving personnel should not stand or walk directly on the supporting material, but should stand on the board.Operators operating in the tower should be as few as possible, so as not to cause the ceramic ball layer to move. After the next layer of paving is completed, a layer of catalyst or ceramic ball can be paved.

The thickness of each layer of ceramic ball should be accurate and even, with a spade or scraper scraping surface, the height should be consistent with the level line marked by the pavement height.
